Overview
This is a direct hire opportunity in Moraine, OH for individuals who are motivated to grow into future leaders in the manufacturing field.
This role begins with hands-on production work and includes access to leadership and supervisory training programs for those demonstrating strong performance and initiative.
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment safely and accurately, following established procedures.
- Perform quality checks and actively contribute to process improvements.
- Learn and follow safety, quality, and operational guidelines in daily tasks.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Participate in structured training programs to build leadership and supervisory skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED considered with strong collaborative experience).
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Able to perform physical tasks, including lifting and manual labor.
- Capable of following detailed instructions while maintaining a safe work environment.
- Strong interest in growing into leadership roles such as team lead or supervisor.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.
- Basic computer skills, especially familiarity with Excel, are preferred.
- Fluency in English required; Japanese or Spanish is a plus.
