Overview
This position is for a Japanese-English Interpreter/Translator in Marysville, OH, within the global network of a renowned Japanese automotive manufacturing group. The role offers excellent benefits and relocation support if necessary!
Responsibilities
- Translate written documents and provide both simultaneous and consecutive interpretation between Japanese and English.
- Offer sight translation and whispered interpretation during meetings and discussions.
- Conduct research, prepare documents, and create glossaries to support accurate translations.
- Maintain interpretation equipment and ensure its proper functioning during events and meetings.
Qualifications
- Native or business level in Japanese and English.
- Previous experience in translation and interpretation within the automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000 - 75,000 / Year
