Overview
An automotive manufacturer in St. Marys, OH is seeking an Account Executive to manage key accounts, work with OEM clients, drive sales, and build strong client relationships in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Full relocation support is available as needed.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and negotiate with customers and internal teams to meet sales goals and align strategies.
- Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and quotations while addressing customer concerns promptly.
- Strengthen client relationships through regular communication and proactive service.
- Monitor KPIs and account performance; pursue upselling and new business opportunities.
- Handle shipping/delivery planning, prepare sales documentation, and travel as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong skills in communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and negotiation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; capable of managing account plans and deliverables.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or account management is preferred.
- Automotive/manufacturing background, Japanese language skills, or experience with Japanese clients is a strong plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year (negotiable based on experience)
