Salary Range: $28.14 - $36.57 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily operations of the group home facility
  • Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate 24/7 coverage
  • Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Ensure adherence to Qualified Residential Treatment Provider standards and accreditation requirements

 

Youth Services:

  • Develop and monitor individualized service plan goals and objectives for residents
  • Maintain accurate youth records and documentation
  • Coordinate services with external providers and community partners
  • Manage intake and discharge processes for residents

Crisis Management & Leadership:

  • Provide support to youth and staff during crisis situations
  • Develop, implement, and maintain all group home policies and procedures
  • Supervise and mentor direct care staff
  • Ensure high-quality care standards are consistently met

Required Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or closely related field (psychology, human services, criminal justice, etc.)

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in child welfare or closely related field
  • Experience with policy development and implementation
  • Supervisory experience preferred but not required

Other Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background checks and meet all licensing requirements
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends
