We’re looking for a dynamic Parts Warehouse employee to join our team and help us maintain our heavy equipment and engine parts inventory. If you have a passion for working with mechanical parts and enjoy collaborating with service technicians and customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Inventory Management:Keep our parts warehouse organized and ensure we have everything our service technicians and customers need. Also perform cycle counts on inventory and daily cleaning tasks.
Order Fulfillment:Process parts orders, pick and pack items, make hydraulic hoses, and deliver parts.
Customer Interaction:Work with technicians/customers to understand their parts needs and provide excellent service.
Computer/Phone Skills: Work with customers and sales reps, in person and over the phone, to look-up and identify necessary parts in parts diagrams and schematics. Provide superior customer service.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience:Previous warehouse and inventory experience, with time spent in a mechanical parts environment will be preferred but not required.
Knowledge:Familiarity with CAT heavy equipment and diesel engine parts is a plus!
