Job Description

Job Responsibility:
Under the general supervision of the Judge, supervises deputy Clerk staff and general court process.

Duties:
* Develops, recommends and administers the clerical process of the Juvenile Court.

* Interview, train and supervise the Deputy Clerk Staff.

* Processes end of day deposit.

* Supervises the maintenance of records; maintain records for appropriate retention period as required by law.

* Approves timesheets and leave requests; monitors compensatory time.

* Reviews job performance of employees and provides feedback.

* Provide clerical support to Judge when Executive Assistant is not available.
