Position: IT Help Desk Supervisor
Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Starting Pay: $30.00 Per Hour
Position Id: 3143
Key Responsibilities
Team Management: Supervise, coach, and evaluate IT Specialists.
Service Delivery: Oversee daily help desk operations, monitor tickets, and ensure prompt resolution of technical issues.
Escalation Management: Serve as the first point of escalation, resolving complex issues between agency and State.
Develop and implement help desk policies, procedures, and best practices.
Handle direct technical support when needed, including hardware and software assistance.
Provide expertise in technology infrastructure design, maintenance, and upkeep.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent proven experience in the IT field.
Minimum of three years in a leadership role within IT.
Fundamental knowledge of computer networking.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft products (M365 including SharePoint, Word, Excel, Access, Teams, Power Automate).
Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
