Job Requirements:
· At least 18 years of age.
· Valid Driver’s License
· High School Diploma or GED.
· OVI Free – last 3 years with safe driving record.
· Ability to lift, bend, twist and climb with an average weight of 50 lbs.
· Ability to operate manual transmission.
· DOT physical and drug test.
· Background check.
Earnings
· A Non-CDL Driver’s weekly compensation will be the greater of the following: Minimum Hourly Rate multiplied by the number of time clock hours worked, or Minimum Weekly Rate; or Performance Compensation.
· Minimum Hourly Rate: $19.00 per hour to drivers without a CDL for weekly hours not exceeding 50 hours.
· Minimum Weekly Rate: $800.00 per week for the first year of service to drivers without a CDL. $900.00 per week for the sixth year of service to drivers without a CDL. $950.00 per week for the eleventh year of service to drivers without a CDL
· The driver’s performance compensation will be computed as follows: Day pay; plus
Mileage pay; plus, Piece pay; plus, Stop pay; plus, Backhaul pay; -or- Load pay.
· Performance Compensation earnings from $41,600 - $60,000 or more.
· Performance/Attendance Bonus $100 per week
