 Job Description:

At 5B’s, we’re one of the largest custom apparel decorators in the U.S.—and we’re growing! Join our production team and help bring custom-branded apparel to life using our high-tech Tajima embroidery machines. If you’re dependable, detail-focused, and ready to learn, we’ll train you for success and recognize your effort every step of the way.

Your Role in the Hive: What You’ll Do

· Set up and operate computerized embroidery machines (Tajima)

· Follow detailed work orders to ensure accurate logo placement and color matching

· Stitch designs onto a variety of garments: hats, shirts, jackets, backpacks, beanies, and more

· Monitor quality throughout each run and troubleshoot minor issues as needed

· Keep activity logs and maintain a clean, organized work area

· Work efficiently to meet production goals without sacrificing quality

What It Takes to Succeed:

· Reliability and dependability – we rely on you to keep things moving

· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

· Strong hand-eye coordination (threading needles, handling garments)

· Ability to stand, bend, walk, and reach throughout the shift

· Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team

· Basic math and measurement skills (rulers, placement guides, etc.)

· Ability to stay focused and productive at a quick pace

· Mechanical skills are a plus, but not required—we’ll train you!
