As one of the largest apparel decorators in the U.S., we’re growing and looking for a driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team in Zanesville, OH. This is an exciting opportunity to connect with businesses nationwide, build lasting client relationships, and introduce new customers to the 5B’s difference.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  · Contact new and existing customers to explain products, services, and features using persuasive sales techniques
  · Leverage our in-house decorating capabilities (screen print, embroidery, direct-to-garment, heat transfer, and more) to maximize customer impact
  · Calculate and quote prices, negotiate agreements, and track sales data
  · Maintain account recaps, prepare reports, and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
  · Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and convert them into long-term partnerships

What It Takes to Succeed

• Previous B2B sales experience (or strong customer service/sales background with willingness to learn)
  · Excellent communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  · Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  · Self-motivated with a positive, growth-focused mindset
  · Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  · Friendly, professional, and resilient personality with outstanding customer service skills
  · High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule

Full-time, on-site
Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
