We currently seeking a Line Loader/Feeder at our Medina, OH location
The hourly pay range is: $21.13 - 22.13
Primarily responsible for gathering all materials that the Unit Builders and Mattress Builders will need to build the scheduled units, load the coils into the unbalers, and feed the materials in the mattress build and unit build inverted tables. This is done by looking at the Bill of Material and using the codes to find all the appropriate types and sizes of materials. The material gathering is performed by pushing a cart up and down the isle to "pull" the material needed for the build process.
What You'll Need:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to perform within a fast paced, team environment to maintain monthly, weekly, and daily production goals
Maintain and sustain a clean area/environment.
Excellent attendance-must be reliable and punctual.
Must be willing to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.
Ability to use substantial hand/forearm strength and upper body strength to lift and move springs weighing 50lbs or more multiple times throughout the shift.
Ability to learn the many different types of materials by sight, using the code as a backup; clean and maintain the unit build and mattress build material loading and storage areas while recycling all cardboard and plastic
