Job Description

We are looking for a Portfolio Subject Matter Expert who will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of an enterprise-wide portfolio management solution.

You will report to the Senior Manager ALM Tools.

This position will work a hybrid schedule and be based out of one of the following offices: Milwaukee, WI; Mequon, WI; Mayfield Heights, OH; or Chelmsford, MA.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead product feature adoptions for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools globally
Increase adoption of Artificial Intelligence enabled tools through training, feature enablement globally
Focus on the product development community to access and consume world class tools
Administer Atlassian product add-ons, evaluating their use to meet evolving business needs
Develop, test, and deploy integrations between Atlassian products and internal systems, ensuring seamless functionality
Design and manage Jira components including project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes
Drive key feature enhancements throughout the development community
Maintain adoption strategy and timeline
Support existing users in the adoption and training of Jira, Confluence, Focus, Talent, Rovo
Ensure standardization and common usage of the project management tools
Work with global teams to adopt project management process, methodology, and tools
Measure and maintain the health and performance of the project management tools
Monitor vendor changes to SaaS project management tools and adapt vendor changes to Rockwell Automation instance
Be a technical contact for project management tool vendor
Monitor the licenses usage and perform routine license harvesting
Maintain the Project Management SharePoint, including developing of content
Develop and implement Atlassian administration best practices and guidelines
Experience administering and configuring Jira instances to support Agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban

The Essentials - You Will Have:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
BS degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator for Cloud
Project Management Professional (PMP) certified
Certified SAFe 4 Practitioner
Experience administering Atlassian tools for 4,000+ users
Experience in product lifecycle process, including Product Management, and Development Engineering
Prior experience is developing and rolling out large, complex programs
Superior written and oral English, and strong influencing capabilities
Experience with Agile methodology
Knowledge of the SAFe methodology
Knowledge of RA development practices
Experience with resource planning
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal abilities and effectively collaborates with individuals across all Business Units.
Proficient in SQL and Scriptrunner
Knowledge of APIs and constructing query strings together to retrieve data back from SaaS applications
Good understanding of project management principles and be able to use Jira to manage and track project progress
Managed user access through Microsoft Active Directory groups, automating user permissions and maintaining security protocols.
Used ScriptRunner for Jira to design and implement custom Groovy scripts, automating complex workflows and reducing manual processes
Develop custom validators and conditions through ScriptRunner, ensuring accurate data entry and efficient task transitions, enhancing the reliability and efficiency of workflows

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $113,600 - $170,400 with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary. Our benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
