Summit Funding Group, Inc. is an established and growing equipment leasing company headquartered in Mason, OH. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Financial Bank, Summit has built a strong reputation for delivering customized equipment finance solutions across the country. We are expanding our Lender Documentation Department and are seeking a full-time Funding Specialists to join our team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Process documentation required to complete Debt or Purchase Fundings
* Manage all documentation related to Vendor Finance Program transactions
* Review and process Lessee/Lessor documentation
* Prepare and process Loan and Assignment documents
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of all transaction documentation
* Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners
* Maintain and update spreadsheets and tracking reports
* Assist with Equity deal reviews as needed
* Prioritize workload to meet deadlines across multiple transactions
Qualifications

* Minimum 1 year of experience in equipment leasing, mortgage, or commercial lending
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
* Strong customer-service mindset with a collaborative approach
* Ability to handle multiple transactions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe PDF
* Familiarity with financial calculations (preferred but not required)
