We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operational Accounting Analyst to join our Operational Accounting Department. This is a full-time, on-site position offering an opportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced financial services environment.

Job Summary:
Summit Funding Group, Inc., a leading equipment leasing company and a subsidiary of First Financial Bank, is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Processing Analyst to join our growing team in Mason, OH. In this full-time role, you will support the Operational Accounting Department by processing and managing key contractual activities related to lease and loan agreements. This position is essential to our continuing commitment to accuracy, compliance, and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handling renewals, rewrites, transfers, assumptions, rent changes
* Processing miscellaneous invoicing
* Managing end-of-term activities and terminations
Initial setup and booking of lease/loan agreements

* Collaborate with team members to ensure precision in billing, payments, and related transactions
* Prepare and submit required month-end and other operational reports
* Maintain accurate records in accordance with company procedures and regulatory standards
Qualifications:

* Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance with 1-3 years of relevant experience, or 5+ years of accounting experience in lieu of degree
* Strong verbal and written communication skills for all levels of the organization
* Proven organizational and prioritization abilities to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines
* Commitment to legal and ethical best practices in customer and data handling
* Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
Preferred Skills:

* Experience with Aspire or Lease Plus software
* Familiarity with the equipment leasing or mortgage industries
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

* Follows established procedures to maintain financial records and process transactions accurately
* Can address standard accounting issues and escalate as needed
* No supervisory duties
* Ability to sit, stand, and walk frequently; lift or carry items up to 10 lbs occasionally
