As the Fiduciary Manager you are responsible for the leadership and direction of all Trust administration within Wealth Management. This position will oversee trust and fiduciary leadership in the market which includes training, mentoring/coaching, and skill development as well as communicating the Wealth Management strategy and objectives on an ongoing basis. You will work with the Wealth Management leadership team to develop and implement business plans and policies/procedures to achieve the department's financial plan. This position will also allow the ability to work directly with clients in strategizing towards the preservation and continued growth of their assets.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

* Confers with Wealth Advisors, co-trustees, beneficiaries, attorneys, and others regarding accounts as appropriate
* Act as a senior advisor in complex accounts
* Provides back-up support and administration to special Wealth Trust accounts, especially those of a delicate or complex nature
* Directs the setup, implementation, and administration of personal trusts and possibly estates
* Acts as a technical expert to the Wealth Division regarding personal trust and estate planning issues
* Responsible for training Wealth associates in all markets
* Standing member on Fiduciary related committees and working groups
* Research and assist in resolving client inquiries and issues through to resolution; displays initiative to problem solve and escalate when appropriate, ability to work independently
* Maintain client files to meet industry standards and compliance requirements

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job

* Minimum 10 years of Wealth fiduciary administration experience required
* Strong trust compliance, fiduciary, and regulatory knowledge required
* Excellent oral and written communication skills; proven organizational, analytical and follow up skills
* Proficient with MS Office Suite of products, wealth accounting systems and bank operating systems
* Periodic travel to each of the markets will be required
* Prior management or supervisory experience
* A commitment to build and maintain outstanding client relationships with a desire to learn and embrace new experiences
* Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline
* JD strongly preferred
* Additional Cannon or other related trust and estates training required
* Proficient in Word and Excel
* Strong customer service skills

This includes all Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, OFAC and Suspicious Activity reporting requirements, as well as all other lending and deposit compliance requirements.
