Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide high-quality, non-medical home care services that promote comfort, dignity, and independence for clients in their homes. The ideal candidate is caring, reliable, and dedicated to helping older adults and individuals with daily living needs maintain a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including help with grooming, dressing, and mobility.

• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ social well-being.

• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping such as laundry and tidying.

• Give medication reminders as directed by the client’s care plan.

• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, or community activities as needed.

• Deliver respite care services to support family caregivers.

• Maintain open communication with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or related field preferred.

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable nature.

• Ability to assist clients safely with daily living activities.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

• Must pass background screening and reference checks.
