Job Description: USA Precast Concrete in Canal Fulton, OH, is hiring a full-time Production Technician.
Production Technician team members receive extensive training to allow for a long-term career in the field of precast concrete.
- Prepping, stripping and cleaning forms
- Installation of rebar, reinforcing wire, conduit
- Pouring and finishing concrete in various size and type forms
- Measuring, use of a tape measure and understanding product drawings
- Operating a 10-ton and 25-ton overhead crane
- Use of ladders and/or manlift equipment
- Follow standard processes to ensure best product is created
- Work in clean and safe manner
Requirements:

- Must pass pre-employment drug test
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous concrete/precast experience desired, but willing to train hardworking individuals!
- Commitment to PPE: Steel-toed boots, hard hat, gloves, hearing protection and safety glasses required, masks as required by OSHA/CDC/State of Ohio
Physical Requirements:
- Reaching, standing, stooping, walking, climbing, balancing
- Lifting, carrying, pushing pulling 30-50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Ability to follow directions, both written and verbal, in a production plant environment

Details: Full time. First Shift (7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.). 40 hours/week. Monday through Friday. $17.00/hour.
Qualifications: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Driver’s License Requirement(s): Must have valid driver’s license.
