Job Overview

The PM Coordinator is responsible for sustaining all department documentation.Closing all work orders If needed. Overseeing PM workflow and organization. In addition, the PM Coordinator is responsible for sustaining the maintenance system requirements to include the tracking, maintaining, and monitoring and all support business, system indicators and ISO, KORE, Maintenance Systems and CAAS compliance as it relates to maintenance. The PM Coordinator also supports the Part Room Coordinator andthe Asset Care Planner to kit and set up jobs to ensure the Mechanics are able to begin all project work in a timely, well-organized manner. This position will also work closely with the Asset Care Planner with coordinating all scheduled work for the plant to include the monitoring and creation of Job Plans and objective PMs and maintains responsibility for the optimization of PM plans, tasks, and duration or time to perform the tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities


Supports the Asset Care Planner in the creation and sustainability of all maintenance plans by entering data recorded on work orders
Correcting preferred maintenance based on feedback. Backing up for the PartCoordinator position to receive parts into inventory
Maintains all Asset Risk reports to support the PM Evaluation and validation processes as prescribed by the Maintenance System standards
Works closely with the maintenance supervisor and Asset Care Planner to optimize PMs, while creating, adjusting, combining, or deleting PMs in a Continual Improvement and risk-basedprocess
Works closely with the local CMS administrator, and maintenance supervisor to create and track all unscheduled downtime in the PHRED system and supports the creation of the needed team members to determine a root cause of the unplanned downtime and implement any needed corrective action or corrections
Places and creates any requested direct or indirect supply orders to the Parts Coordinator
Generates, evaluates, and supplies needed reports or results by using tracking tools for daily shift meetings, weekly staff meetings, and management review
Maintains maintenance personnel schedule postings which are displayed in the maintenance department (may vary by plant) and backs up the Asset Care Planner for weekly maintenance scheduling of WOs
Tracks and maintains all maintenance KBIs to include budget tracking, MTBF, PM complete rate, on time and late rates, supplier usage as compared to procurement agreements (varies by plant)
Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities


Fundamental knowledge of PM Processes
Planning and scheduling knowledge desired
Knowledge of Inventory control management desired
Adequate knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Shipping and receiving experience is desired
Attention to detail CMMS Required
Ability to collaborate and work well with others
Ability to work independently or in a team-driven setting
Basic decision-making skills
Uses independent judgment dedication to continuous improvement

Minimum Qualifications


High school diploma or GED
Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience

Preferred Qualifications


Technical experience in manufacturing equipment repair or parts is preferred.
SAP experience preferred
