The consultant will provide expert guidance in cybersecurity architecture, compliance, and risk management, ensuring alignment with Department of Defense (DoD) and federal cybersecurity requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a senior cybersecurity advisor to executive leadership, Program Managers, and technical teams.
Provide strategic input to the Business Development (BD) function on capture and proposal efforts, ensuring cybersecurity compliance and technical competitiveness.
Guide integration of cybersecurity requirements across all system phases-design, development, testing, and deployment-in accordance with RMF, NIST, CNSS, and DoD 8500-series policies.
Lead or advise on RMF documentation development (SSP, SAR, POA&M) and ATO readiness.
Review and validate secure configurations, encryption standards, and identity management mechanisms.
Support implementation of DISA STIGs, Cloud One, and other DoD cybersecurity requirements.
