Executive Administrative Coordinator
$18–$22/hr (based on experience) | Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Join a fourth-generation, family-owned food distribution company serving both retail and commercial customers. We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Coordinator to support our leadership team and help keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide executive-level administrative support and manage daily office operations 
- Handle accounts receivable, purchase orders, and vendor coordination 
- Assist with collections, invoicing, and basic HR documentation 
- Communicate with vendors, track deliveries, and maintain organized records 
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in an administrative, executive assistant, or operations role 
- Experience with AR, collections, and PO processing 
- Strong communication and organizational skills 
- Food distribution or restaurant industry experience a plus
