Executive Administrative Coordinator
$18–$22/hr (based on experience) | Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Join a fourth-generation, family-owned food distribution company serving both retail and commercial customers. We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Coordinator to support our leadership team and help keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide executive-level administrative support and manage daily office operations

  • Handle accounts receivable, purchase orders, and vendor coordination

  • Assist with collections, invoicing, and basic HR documentation

  • Communicate with vendors, track deliveries, and maintain organized records

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years in an administrative, executive assistant, or operations role

  • Experience with AR, collections, and PO processing

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Food distribution or restaurant industry experience a plus
