Position: Weekend Guard position
Overview:
The Mobile 3 Security Guard is responsible for maintaining safety and operational support across a large industrial site. This role requires strong communication skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to daily responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily inspections of gates and vehicles throughout the property
- Communicate effectively with gate personnel and supervisory staff
- Assist emergency responders by guiding them to designated areas within the facility
- Escort lost truck drivers and site visitors to appropriate locations
- Maintain a professional appearance and helpful attitude
- Complete incident reports and document officer conduct when necessary
- Demonstrate consistent attendance and punctuality
Weekend Shift Details:
This is a dedicated weekend position totaling 40 hours across three days:
- Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 2:00 PM – Sunday 6:00 AM (16-hour shift)
- Sunday: 2:00 PM – Monday 6:00 AM (16-hour shift)
Requirements:
- Valid Ohio driver’s license
- Strong knowledge of facility layout
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to enforce protocols and report violations
- Excellent interpersonal and situational awareness skills
