We are currently seeking a Mobile Branch Banker to join our Mobile Banking team in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Bilingual Spanish proficiency is required.

🧭 Job Responsibilities

  • Build the retail customer base through proactive, outbound sales conversations.
  • Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated experience.
  • Sell financial products and services to clients outside of traditional branch settings.
  • Identify and act on sales opportunities to meet assigned goals.
  • Connect clients with internal partners (e.g., investment, mortgage, consumer loans) based on financial needs.
  • Onboard new clients and build a strong pipeline of appointments.
  • Host and plan events at external locations to drive acquisition and deepen relationships.
  • Educate and coach customers on digital banking tools and technology.

This role requires access to reliable transportation for daily travel to multiple locations and the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds (e.g., marketing materials and promotional items).

Experience & Education

  • Typically requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.

Licenses & Certifications

  • No required certifications.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to drive a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) with a GVWR between 10,001 and 26,001 pounds.
  • Must obtain and maintain a valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate per federal/state requirements.

 

💵 Compensation

  • Base Salary: $43,000 – $59,000
  • Incentive eligible based on company, business, and individual performance.
  • Salary may vary based on location, experience, and education.
