Duties and Responsibilities:
· Answer incoming customer phone calls, email, fax, and web chats in a timely, professional manner
· Process orders by phone, fax, and email
· Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery date, and freight quotes
· Troubleshoot customer questions and/or issues
· Communicate with vendors regarding product updates relevant to customer orders
· Other customer service projects
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma/GED required
· Self-starter with the ability to work independently
· Strong computer skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers, vendors, and other departments within the company
