Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Clean and prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, sanding, and applying primers as necessary.
  • Painting and Coating: Apply paint using Spray techniques
  • Mixing Paints: Select and mix appropriate paints and coatings to achieve desired colors and finishes, ensuring compliance with specifications.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and operate painting equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and safe to use.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications, making adjustments as needed.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and regulations, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring a safe work environment.
Skills and Qualifications Experience:
Previous experience in painting, particularly in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Technical Skills: Proficiency with various painting tools and techniques, as well as knowledge of safety practices related to painting and coatings.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes and adherence to specifications. Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for long periods, lifting heavy materials, and working in various positions.
Warehouse is HOT, not temperature control.
Training Hours- Monday-Friday 6:00am-4:30pm and 6am-noon on Saturday
