Job Description

Architectural Designer / Intern Architect / Architect (Revit) - Akron, OH - JOB 25-01449

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 Permanent Position with Benefits

Responsibilities:
• All minimum requirements listed for CAD Technician (Revit/AutoCAD)
• Minimum Requirement 5-year Architectural Degree
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles, involved in production of precision
• Technical plans, drawings, and models.
• Visit job sites to compile measurements, as necessary.
• A minimum of three (3) years experience working under and either a professional Architect or
• Professional engineer
• Ability to analyze building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements and other technical
• Documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural designs.
• Coordinate structural, electrical, and mechanical designs and determine a method of presentation to graphically represent building plans.
• Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs.
• Prepare cost estimates, contracts, bidding documents and technical reports for specific projects

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
