Material Quality Specialist
Location: Mason, OH

Now, we're looking for a Material Quality Specialist to join our Customer Support team. Think of this role as part detective, part problem-solver, and part quality champion.
What You'll Do

* Run tests, perform inspections, and analyze data to verify Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) receipts.

* Check and confirm the accuracy of incoming vendor-supplied service parts.

* Keep things moving by updating and maintaining RGA records, forms, and compliance documents.

* Dive into data, track progress, and build reports that help us work smarter and spot opportunities for improvement.

* Support the team by coordinating activities, managing details, and helping projects flow smoothly.

* Comfortable with technology (MS Office, SAP, digital tools).

* Solid problem-solving and analytical skills with a knack for seeing patterns and fixing root causes.

Qualifications

* Two-year degree in Engineering Technology, Quality, or related field OR 4+ years of technical experience.

* Background in quality inspection, product engineering, or manufacturing systems a plus.

* Knowledge of electromechanical systems, air/fluid dynamics, or similar technical fields helpful.


Physical Requirements for the job include:
While performing the responsibilities of this position, the individual is required to communicate verbally, both in person and over the phone. The individual is required to both remain stationary and move about the warehouse, often using their hands and fingers to handle or feel. Physical requirements include frequent standing, walking, reaching with arms and hands, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling. Body agility is emphasized. Clarity of vision at close distances is required.
Individual is required to lift or move heavy weights up to 50lbs frequently and heavy weights up to 70lbs on a limited basis. Majority of work will be performed in a warehouse with a concrete floor. Regularly exposed to bright lights, temperature changes, loud noises, dust, gas and/or fumes.
