Reports to: Vice President of Programs

Education/ Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. Higher education or experience preferred.

Job Requirements: Self- starter who can work independently and as a team player. Outgoing personality. Possess an ability to work comfortably with disabled youth and adults. Clean driving record and ability to pass driver's record check to be added to company’s auto insurance.  Ability to pass FBI & BCI background check.  Proficient in verbal and written skills. Computer skills are a must.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to reach, stoop, bend and lift up to 25lbs. If the person makes use of a wheelchair or other mobility devices, accommodations will be made.

Job Duties:

1. Work side by side with the participant at the job site teaching specific job skills, job safety and appropriate work behaviors for success on the
2. Orient the participant to the job site and assist him/her to understand and assume the responsibilities of the
3. Maintain a good working relationship with the participant, worksite supervisor, and co­ workers.
4. Assist the participant in learning the requirements and responsibilities of the job and help perform job task as
5. Observe and identify patterns of the workplace.
6. Modify and/or adapt job to accommodate participant's needs with job site supervisor's approval.
7. Identify and resolve problems in the work site as needed.
