What You’ll Do:

• Speak with applicants in both English and Spanish to match them with great jobs

• Interview, screen, and guide candidates through the hiring process

• Build relationships over the phone and in person with professionalism and empathy

• Resolve questions, follow up on leads, and ensure everyone has a great experience

• Keep accurate notes and move confidently between computer systems and phone calls

💵 Pay: $17–$20/hour

• $17–$18/hr for strong customer service and bilingual communication skills

• Up to $20/hr for candidates with staffing, HR, or telephone sales experience (or an HR-related degree)
