RESPONSIBILITIES


* Develop and maintain the supply plan within the SIOP process, balancing demand, supply, and inventory for the Power Management business.
* Translate demand plans into production and material requirements in collaboration with factories, buyers, and suppliers.
* Lead supply reviews to highlight risks, constraints, and mitigation plans; communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
* Monitor and manage inventory health, including safety stock levels, excess, and obsolescence for assigned products.
* Collaborate with manufacturing and procurement to identify and address capacity or material constraints.
* Participate in monthly SIOP cycles, providing data and insights for supply, demand, and reconciliation meetings.
* Partner with finance and operations to align supply planning assumptions with budget and forecast cycles.
* Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, system parameters, and cross-functional communication.
* Support new product introductions and product transitions, ensuring seamless integration into the supply plan.
* Track and report key supply metrics, including on-time delivery, supply adherence, and inventory performance.
QUALIFICATIONS


* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
* 3-5 years of experience in supply planning, SIOP/IBP, or production planning within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and SIOP principles.
* Experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, OMP, or equivalent).
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound decisions.
* APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS


* The role is primarily based in an office environment but may requiring site visits and interaction with production teams.
* Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols.
* The role involves extended periods of sitting in front of a computer.
* Occasional standing or walking may be required during meetings, presentations, or site visits.
* Work is primarily conducted in an office environment with controlled temperature and lighting.
TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED


* Occasional travel to different office locations, client sites, or conferences may be necessary.
