Job Description

Financial Service Associate/ Teller
Superior Credit Union is actively seeking a full-time Financial Service Associate/ Teller for our
Van Wert office. The ideal candidate excels in a multi-functional work environment, has a
proven record of providing quality customer service, and a team player attitude.
Compensation Pay Range: $16.15-$24.07
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide exceptional member service while working as a direct liaison between Superior
staff and members.
Identify and resolve/ deescalate member issues.
Establish banking services for members (mobile banking and bill pay services, etc.). and
aid in their use.
Conduct Member transactions that may include but are not limited to withdrawals,
deposits, and loan payments.
Assist and the balancing of ATM, Coin, and ITM machines.
Auditing and report generating
Process and distribute mail, interoffice correspondence, and deliveries.
Utilize credit union procedures and computer applications that may include email,
Internet, Word, spreadsheet, database and system software.

Qualifications & Education requirements:
Excellent Organization Skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of typing accuracy
Proven record of providing quality Customer Service
Excellent Muti-tasker
Computer and Technology savvy
Cash Handling skills
Previous experience in a financial institution preferred
