We are looking for a Manager, SAP Basis and Operations to join our organization.

In this role you will:

-Project Management and Delivery: Lead and oversee the operations and execution of SAP System projects. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions within scope and budget.
-Team Supervision and Development: Supervise and mentor the SAP system administration team, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture. Drive performance and skill development within the SAP basis team.
-Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of SAP Applications and systems. Provide regular updates to management on the status of ongoing projects and initiatives.
-Technical Oversight: Provide technical oversight to ensure the effective design and implementation of SAP systems. Collaborate with the team on system refresh, Disaster Recovery Exercise, high availability, system upgrades and updates, HANA upgrade and SAP Kernel Updates.
-Strategic Planning: Contribute to the design and execution of the overall SAP ECC and S/4 application Implementation strategy. Align development initiatives with organizational goals and industry best practices.
-Quality Assurance and Testing: Oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes and testing methodologies. Knowledgeable in testing tools such as Tricentis TOSCA, qTest. Knowledgeable in SAP Job scheduling using BMC Control-M, BTP Job scheduler. Ensure the delivery of system solutions that meet high standards of quality and reliability.
-Resource Management and Budgeting: Manage development resources, including staffing, training, and resource allocation. Contribute to budget planning for system administration projects.

What you'll need to be successful :

-Bachelor's Degree: Software Engineering, Business Administration, or other Engineering related fields
-Required: People and team management Professional
-Desired- Project Management Professional and Program Management Professional
-4-7 Years of experience prefered.
-Proven experience in system administration, with a focus on team leadership and project management.
-Strong technical skills in software administration and architecture.
-Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.

The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $140,000.00 - $164,700.00 per year. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.In addition to the determined base salary, this role is also incentive eligible under our corporate bonus programs.For remote roles where the final candidate resides in Alaska, California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, Oregon or Washington, state required pay thresholds will be factored into base salary.
