We are seeking a skilled Process Architect, SAP Process Enablement-Record to Report to join our team and drive strategic improvements in how we run SAP-based business processes. This role is ideal for an experienced SAP professional who brings both technical expertise and operational insight, especially in Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, or Record to Report domains.

You will serve as a thought leader, working closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, leveraging tools like SAP S/4HANA and SAP Signavio. Your guidance will help end users adopt and optimize SAP capabilities while bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Thought Leadership
-Use tools such as SAP Signavio or Celonis to assess current process performance and identify areas for improvement.

-Collaborate with business teams to understand what's working and where enhancements are needed in SAP-based processes.

-Develop high-level process maps, defining current-state (ECC) and future-state (S/4HANA) workflows.

-Support SAP Technology delivery teams by connecting process improvement tools to technical blueprinting efforts.

-Assist in creating change management strategies that align with SAP process enhancements.

-Advocate for improved ways of working within SAP to drive operational efficiency.

Project Management & Execution
-Co-create SAP process improvement roadmaps with business and technology teams.

-Support implementation of new SAP capabilities alongside SAP Technology delivery teams.

-Ensure business users are adequately trained and ready to adopt new SAP features post-implementation.

Team Development & Mentorship
-Identify and nurture business end users to become SAP super users.

-Collaborate with other Process Architects to establish an SAP super user network.

-Design development plans and deliver SAP-focused training sessions for super users.

Qualifications
-Education :Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

-Experience :10-15 years of experience working with SAP in a business operations or transformation environment.

-Deep expertise in one of the following SAP modules:

-Sales & Distribution (Order to Cash)

-Materials Management (Procure to Pay)

-Financial Accounting & Controlling (Record to Report)

-Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.

-Proven track record of supporting business teams in adopting SAP processes.

-Strong experience influencing and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated success mentoring others on SAP processes.

Skills
-Expert in SAP functional areas including process design, data management, and configuration.

-Strong communication skills-both written and verbal-with the ability to explain complex SAP concepts in business-friendly terms.

-Ability to coach, document, and communicate SAP-based process capabilities clearly and effectively.

The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $156,900.00 - $184,600.00 per year. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.In addition to the determined base salary, this role is also incentive eligible under our corporate bonus programs.For remote roles where the final candidate resides in Alaska, California, Colorado, I
