Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Partner with department managers to identify staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations to ensure smooth onboarding experience.
- Process all new hire documentation, background checks, and employment verifications.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Employee Relations & HR Support
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, communication, and retention.
- Assist with performance review processes, disciplinary documentation, and employee relations matters as needed.
Compliance & Administrative Support
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance with federal and state labor laws.
- Support the administration of company policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Collaborate with payroll and benefits administration teams to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Participate in HR projects and other related duties as assigned.
Work Environment
This position operates primarily in an office setting with occasional interaction on the production floor. The role requires consistent communication with team members, managers, and new hires across multiple departments.
