Job Description
The job of CSR for our company involves making the customer's experience the best possible. We are looking for friendly people who are problem solvers that will make our customers feel confident in our abilities to handle their wardrobe needs. The open positions are in our Stow location and our Tallmadge location. We offer services in drycleaning and shirt laundry, the cleaning of household items, delivery routes for home and office pick up/delivery, alterations/repairs, wash and fold laundry services and an adjacent self serve laundromat at our Tallmadge location . Each service has certain procedures and demands an amount of knowledge to explain to the customer, so on the job training is a must. We try to train everyone in one primary position and at least one other position. This allows for flexibility in scheduling and the ability of the employee to work more hours if they wish. Our stores are open 7am-7pm, so the CSR shifts will fall in that range and we can be flexible with lengths of shifts within those hours.
