Production Supervisor - $30.49/hr. | Toledo, OH
Shift: Must be available to work any shift, including overtime as required
Pay: $30.49 per hour

What You'll Do
Lead and develop hourly team members in a high-volume, fast-paced production setting.
Ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment by enforcing company and regulatory standards.
Meet daily production goals by coordinating manpower, resolving issues, and driving process improvements.
Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements.
Champion Stellantis Production Way (SPW) principles and implement lean manufacturing practices.
Proactively address quality KPIs, identify root causes, and guide team leaders to solutions.
Promote teamwork, communication, and a culture of accountability and respect.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license
Ability to work any shift and overtime as needed
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven leadership ability with experience leading teams or projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
100% onsite role
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field
2+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
Experience working in a unionized setting
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement systems
Experience with Google Suite software
Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
