The ideal candidate would have:
A Minimum of 5 years of plant management experience in linen or a production-driven and or manufacturing industry:
A proven track record of successful efficiency improvement;
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field of study;
Knowledge of process improvement;
Strong Leadership skills;
Excellent motivation and communication skills;
