| Minimum Qualifications/Requirements: | - Associates degree in Horticulture or an equivalent of education and experience.
- Successful experience in operating and managing physical plant operations and experience in construction and maintenance related field.
- Two or more years of supervisory experience

| Summary of Duties: | The Grounds Supervisor leads and manages all campus grounds operations for Central Ohio Technical College (COTC) and The Ohio State University at Newark, ensuring the maintenance of a safe, attractive, and sustainable outdoor environment across 188 acres of shared campus property. The role includes responsibility for budget and resource management, supervision and leadership of grounds staff, comprehensive grounds and landscape management, and oversight of equipment operations to support efficient and high-quality campus maintenance.
