Ideastream Public Media, a Cleveland-based media organization and home to Ohio’s largest NPR, PBS, and classical radio stations, serving 22 counties in Northeast Ohio seeks a friendly and professional Guest Services Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our visitors and guests.

Reporting to the Facilities Supervisor, the Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for providing direction and information to visitors and guests, coordinating on-air guest arrival and departure with show Producers, assisting with event set-up activities, and processing mail and courier deliveries. This position will conduct daily walkthroughs of office and production spaces to assess needs.

Qualified candidates will have one year of customer service experience, strong verbal communications skills, and be proficient in Microsoft 365, specifically Outlook and Teams. Candidates will have a High School Diploma and at least one year of experience working in a customer-facing role, however, equivalent experience in related fields and education will also be considered. This is an on-site position where the scheduled hours will be 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The hourly rate for this position will range from $18 to $23 and is commensurate with experience.
