Job Description: 10 temporary/full-time positions with C.P.'s Lawncare
LLC from 2/1/2026 - 11/30/2026. Landscape or maintain grounds of
property using hand or power tools or equipment. Performs a variety of
task, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying,
mowing, trimming, planting, watering, pruning, fertilizing, digging, raking,
and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units,
walks, irrigation or water features. The job will require the worker to:
gather and remove litter; use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning
saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes; operate vehicles or
powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, chainsaws, electric
clippers, sod cutters, pruning saws, or rototillers; water lawns, trees, or
plants, using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, or watering cans; prune or
trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chain saws; spray
or spread fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, or
trees, using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders; care for established
lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, or
trimming or edging around flower beds, walks, or walls; follow planned
landscaping designs to determine where to lay sod, sow grass, or plant
flowers or foliage; trim or pick flowers and clean flower beds; attach wires
from planted trees to support stakes; plant seeds, bulbs, foliage, flowering
plants, grass, ground covers, trees, or shrubs and apply mulch for
protection, using gardening tools; mow or edge lawns, using power
mowers or edgers; rake, mulch, and compost leaves; decorate gardens
with stones or plants; provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways,
parking lots, fountains, planters, or other grounds features; haul or spread
topsoil or spread straw over seeded soil to hold soil in place; install rock
gardens, ponds, decks, drainage systems, irrigation systems, water
features, retaining walls; dispose of trash or waste materials; trim trees or
other vegetation; treat greenery or surfaces with protective substances;
maintain equipment or systems to ensure proper functioning; cultivate
lawns, turf, or gardens; clean facilities or sites; install equipment to
protect or support trees; plant greenery to improve landscape appearance;
remove debris from work sites; The job will require the worker to be
exposed to weather, outdoor/noise, very hot/cold temperatures and wear
common protective/safety equipment. The job will require the worker to
have attention to detail, thorough in completing work tasks, integrity,
cooperative, and reliable. Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. . The job
will require the worker to perform physical activities that require
considerable use of arms and legs and moving the whole body, such as
lifting, balancing, walking, extensive bending, stooping, reaching, pushing,
and pulling required. Post-hire upon suspicion of use and post-accident
drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers. Driver's license
required only of foreign and domestic workers who drive company vehicles
(driving is not a requirement of all workers in the position). State
Workforce Agency (SWA) may only refer qualified applicants who have
been apprised of the material terms and conditions of employment and
who are able, willing, and available for the job. Employer makes hiring
decisions at its sole discretion. Referrals and applicants are accepted from
all sources. Applicants must possess documentation required to complete

Will daily transportation be provided?: Yes. Employer may deduct
reasonable costs for daily transportation to/from worksite from designated
pick-up location. Use of employer-provided transportation is voluntary.
Provision of Board/Lodging or Other Facilities: Yes. If requested,
employer helps non-local workers secure optional worker-paid lodging (not
to exceed fair market value, based on number of occupants; cost TBD).
Housing costs paid directly to landlord and are not payroll deducted.
Is On-the-Job Training available?: Yes. On-the-job training will be
provided to the worker.
Employer pays in advance or reimburses workers in the first workweek for
all government-mandated and visa-related fees (excluding passport fees).
For non-local workers (i.e., residing outside normal commuting distance),
employer reimburses inbound travel costs at the 50% point in the contract
(unless paid in advance). Inbound travel includes transportation costs from
worker’s permanent residence or place of recruitment, a daily meal
subsistence (based on rates required by law, currently $16.28 per day
minimum or $68.00 per day maximum for workers with acceptable
receipts), and reasonable lodging costs, if applicable. Travel
reimbursements based on least-cost common carrier rate. Employer
provides or pays outbound travel costs upon completion of the contract
period or early dismissal, except where the worker has subsequent
employment. Employer guarantees to offer hours equal to at least
threefourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total contract
period, beginning with the worker’s first workday and ending on the
contract end date or any extension thereof. Employer may count all hours
worked, as well as any hours offered within the standard work schedule
that a worker chooses to not work, up to the maximum number of daily
hours on the job order. Workers who voluntarily abandon employment are
not entitled to payment for outbound travel costs or the full three-fourths
period guarantee described above. Employer provides without charge all
tools, supplies and equipment (incl. uniforms, if applicable) necessary to
perform duties assigned. Employer provides incidental transport between
job sites. Employer may deduct reasonable costs for daily transportation
to/from worksite from designated pick-up location. Use of
employerprovided transportation is voluntary. Raises and/or bonuses may
be offered at employer's discretion, based on individual factors such as
performance, skill, and tenure. A single workweek will be used to compute
wages due. The payroll period is weekly. Workers are paid by check on
Friday. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the
employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence
from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the
work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will
provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and
subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to
work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent
employment with another employer or where the employer has
appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment.
The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to
the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances
involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day
during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.

H-2B ASSURANCES
Deductions from the Worker’s Paycheck: The employer is required to
make all payroll deductions from the worker’s paycheck as required by
law.
First Work Week Reimbursement: The employer will reimburse the
worker in the first workweek for all visa, border, and related fees.
Provision of Tools, Supplies, and Equipment: The employer will
provide all tools, supplies, and equipment at no cost to the worker.
Single Workweek for Pay: A single workweek will be used in computing
wages due as required by law.
