OVERVIEW

FieldLink is a network infrastructure staffing company helping people find rewarding careers in the Telecom and Low Voltage Industry. We specialize in customized staffing partnerships with industry leading integrators responsible for large commercial projects and government contracts nation-wide.

We are currently hiring a Project Schedular to work in New Albany, OH. This role is a direct hire opportunity, joining a global team offering continued industry training.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and manage detailed project schedules and integrated master schedules across multiple projects using Primavera P6 and related ERP systems.

Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, data analysis, and other project-related documentation.

Analyze project data and provide actionable insights and recommendations throughout all phases of execution.

Generate, maintain, and interpret Earned Value Management (EVM) data to support project tracking and performance.

Collaborate with project teams to enhance project execution methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Ensure project cost and schedule data is consistently accurate, complete, and usable for decision-making during planning and execution.

Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to maintain up-to-date schedules and budgets.

Assist with regular forecasting and analysis of project schedules and budgets.

Identify inefficiencies in current reporting systems and contribute to the enhancement of project reporting tools to align with evolving needs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a lead role developing and maintaining project schedules for complex projects and integrated master schedules.

Demonstrated expertise in analyzing complex project schedules and providing detailed insights.

Strong understanding and application of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.

At least 5 years of experience actively participating in cross-functional project teams.

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience using major project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).

Proficient in building and analyzing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project schedules.

In-depth knowledge of project cost control, EVM, and financial period management practices.

Minimum Requirements:

5 years of experience in a project controls role.

3 years of direct experience managing project schedules within a project team environment.

3 years of experience with industry-standard scheduling and control software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
