Infasco Distribution, a division of Infasco, a Heico Company, is the distribution division of one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of fasteners and fastener products in North America. We prioritize safety, quality and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:


* Communicating with customers through phone calls, e-mail and MS Teams in a friendly and professional manner
* Keeping customers informed of current company promotions
* Customer quotations and follow up
* Sales order entry
* Customer expedites
* Maintain customer profiles
* Assisting in resolving customer complaints
* Collaborating with other people and departments within the company

Employment Requirements


* Professionalism
* Self-motivation
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent typing/data entry skills
* Proficiency in Excel preferred
* Good math skills
* Previous customer service or inside sales experience for a distribution or manufacturing company preferred

Work Environment:


* Office environment. Although each customer service rep is assigned specific accounts to work with, everyone works together as a team to provide our customers with the high level of service they have come to expect from us.
