Position Summary

Would you like to be part of the medical device company that has a focus towards improving healthcare by providing safe, life-saving and life-enhancing medical devices? We have roles available with our strategy team and marketing team.

ICU Medical is looking for enthusiastic intern candidates with a "Can Do" attitude to be part of our team in Lake Forest, IL during the summer of 2026. ICU Medical recognizes that internship opportunities are the stepping stones for success in a highly diverse medical device industry and we provide paid opportunities to a select few who are the next generation of talent.

Qualified candidates will be University students currently enrolled in a marketing undergraduate or MBA program. Interns will be called upon to support a variety of projects and activities encompassing general product marketing or strategic business projects during the 12 week program (based on availability). The essential duties & responsibilities will be performed under guidance from an assigned mentor.

Potential Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Apply a logical approach in day-to-day activities, ask questions and seek answers
* Extract data from various prescribed sources and process the data following well-defined methods, and then present the data in prescribed form
* Conduct market research and general marketing activities to provide key opportunities to improve profitability
* Assist in the early development, execution and delivery of general marketing plans
* Establish clear pricing, product and supply governance/guidelines
* Build relationships with potential co-interns and other employees
* Performs other related duties and tasks as required
* Team engagements in new product launch activities
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

* Must be enrolled in current marketing undergraduate or MBA program
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs
* Basic knowledge of marketing, finance and business strategy
* Ability to work well as a team member
* Ability to learn basic sales and marketing skills
Education and Experience

* Minimum GPA 3.2
Minimum Qualifications

* Must be 18 years of age

* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
* This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time
