The Copack Associate is responsible for assembling, labeling, packaging, and palletizing customer products according to work orders and quality standards. This role ensures production goals are met safely, accurately, and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Follow work orders and instructions to assemble, label, and package products.
Operate basic packaging equipment (tapers, banders, stretch wrappers, etc.).
Verify product counts, lot codes, and expiration dates to ensure accuracy.
Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and safety standards.
Communicate any product shortages, defects, or issues to the Copack Lead/Supervisor.
Assist with rework, kitting, or repack projects as needed.
Support SQF, GMP, and quality compliance in all production activities.
Safely operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment when required.
Complete required documentation (production logs, quality check sheets, etc.).
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
6+ months of warehouse, production, or packaging experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Work Environment
Fast-paced warehouse and production setting.
May require overtime, weekend, or off-shift hours depending on workload.
