Job Description
A large food distribution company in Northwood, OH is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative. All interested candidates MUST be familiar with ERP System and have this listed on their resume. A successful candidate will know about ERP Systems, have strong communication skills, strong computer skills and be detail oriented.
The position entails handling emails with complaints of the product, product didn't ship, revising shipment dates, addressing delivery and will be entering orders into the company system.
