What you'll own as the Chargeback Dispute Specialist
Stay current on Visa/MasterCard rules, federal/state regulations, and internal procedures impacting dispute processing
Manage all aspects of the dispute process in compliance with regulatory and network standards
Investigate and resolve dispute inquiries from cardholders, financial institutions, merchants, and internal teams
Respond to telephone inquiries and escalate unresolved issues appropriately
Handle non-posted items, retrieval projects, and authorization chargebacks
What you'll bring
High school diploma or GED
At least one year of experience in a call center, fraud, or banking environment
Strong knowledge of Visa/MasterCard rules and dispute processing procedures
Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in computer navigation and MS Office applications
