Adecco is currently recruiting for a Direct Hire Property Maintenance position in the Streetsboro, Ohio Area.

Job Summary: As a property maintenance worker, you will help maintain the living communities resident home repairs, as well as, the grounds and streets. 

Job Duties: 

•     

• Ensure common area lawns are manicured including leaf removal, planting, trimming shrubs and other landscaping dutires. 

• Ensure all snow and debris is cleared off streets and common areas

• Complete minor repairs to rental homes and facilities as needed.

• Perform water testing and other maintenance duties related to a well-water system.

• Maintain overall community including offices

Job Requirements:

• Must Have Valid Driver License

• Previous property maintenance experience or landscaping and home improvement experience

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
