Assistant Clinical Lecturer to teach introductory-level undergraduate business, accounting, and finance courses; advise students; contribute to professional and institutional services. Position is not eligible for tenure and begins in August 2026.The successful candidate will also contribute to innovative curriculum development and commitment to ongoing professional development.

 

Minimum Qualifications:                    

Master's degree in Accounting, Master's of Business Administration (MBA), or a Master’s degree in business, management, marketing, or related field by date of appointment. Requires a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

 

Consideration may be given to applicants with demonstrated high-quality collegiate teaching experience in business, accounting, and finance, effectively engaging students in both face-to-face and online learning environments. A strong record of connecting foundational and advanced accounting concepts to real-world applications through case work, simulations, client and community projects, labs, and data-driven exercises. In addition to their academic expertise, they possess accounting experience in both public and private industry and bring valuable insight from their work with small businesses and entrepreneurship. And, demonstrated professional skills (e.g., teamwork, project management, technical proficiency, verbal and written communication) to students and/or colleagues; commitment to pedagogic innovation; demonstrated enthusiasm for undertaking student-centered service responsibilities such as advising.
