Job Description
Maintenance duties include but are not limited to lawn care, snow removal, painting, and traditional repairs associated with renting apartments. Roughly 20 hours a week and tenants need to be able to reach you for Emergencies Only. Construction experience and mechanical skills are a plus in consideration for the position. Applicants must pass a background check before being considered for hire.
