Job Description

HR Generalist - Youngstown, Ohio - JOB 25-01706

Salary Range: $75K - $90K Permanent Position with Benefits

Youngstown, Ohio area Manufacturing Company seeks to hire an HR Generalist to advise union and non-union employees and manage human resource operations.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources or equivalent is strongly preferred
• Manage and document complaints, conduct investigations, and mediate conflicts
• Oversee employee relations and recommend improvements
• Develop job descriptions, conduct wage analysis, and establish key performance indicators
• 1+ years' of event planning experience in manufacturing a plus
• Discuss staffing needs and monitor contractor use
• Working knowledge of Paylocity & Workable is preferred
• Open and close job postings and maintain accurate onboarding processes
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and stakeholders
• Review contracts and reconcile invoices
• Conduct employee interviews, orientations and set up employees in the payroll system
• Medical, dental, vision, HSA, term life, AD&D, STD, LTD
• 401K, bonus, scholarships, educational reimbursement, paid volunteerism, paid personal and professional development provided
