Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and serve as the primary point of contact for all automotive service needs
- Clearly explain recommended repairs, maintenance options, and estimates
- Open and manage work orders; communicate with technicians throughout the repair process
- Provide status updates and follow-up calls to customers
- Maintain accurate records and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Upsell maintenance services when appropriate
- Ensure smooth daily workflow in the service department
Requirements:
- Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to translate technical information into easy-to-understand terms
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Familiarity with repair shop software (Mitchell, RO Writer, CDK, etc.) is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Automotive service: 2 years (Preferred)
